I just wanted to send a great BIG thank you to all of your staff for the truly outstanding job you did making my retirement party on January 12 a very special evening. The planning and coordination that was put into the event by the staff was exemplary, but the service provided by all your staff goes beyond exemplary. The courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the wait staff, bartenders, and everyone in general was what made the night so memorable. My compliments to the chef. The food was excellent and several people commented on it. Several of your staff came up to me personally and offered there congratulations on my retirement. This is not a usual occurrence at events and it meant something very special to me.
Thank all of you again for making the night very special. I would also appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks to Mickey and to Jerry. Jerry and I go back a long way and I appreciate the part he played in this event.

I would like to thank and commend the staff of the Brat Stop for their help on Sunday with our Road Rallye. We were scheduled to use the West parking lot for the start of our Road Rallye. It was also the Sunday after the night that Mother Nature decided to rain all night long. As a result of all the rain, we asked if we could move inside the building to hold driver registration. Your morning manager was outstanding. He opened up the Wisconsin Room to us. He also allowed us to use the stage entrance giving us access to the parking lot. He was extremely helpful and I would like to thank him for his effort.
The gratitude does not end there. Due to the rain, the location we had scheduled to end the rallye at could no longer provide space for us. Again we turned to your facility. I called and explained my situation to the person who answered the phone. She promptly offered the Wisconsin Room to us once again to use to end the rallye.
When we arrived your staff was great and did every thing they could to make our rallye a great success! Thank you again for helping make our Rallye a successful event!

On September 12th and 13th, 2007, the Kenosha High School Graduation Class of 1947 held their 60th class reunion celebration at your banquet facility. An icebreaker was held on Wednesday afternoon and a lunch buffet on Thursday afternoon, all in the Bristol Room.
We, the reunion committee, and all the attending graduates, want to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire staff for your handling of our celebration. We can only say that the accommodations, food, and service were all excellent. Special thanks to the staff for a job well done.
In closing, we can only say that any time someone can satisfy a group of 120 very senior citizens for two days in a row without any complaints, they have certainly done an outstanding job.

Bruce and I would just like to tell you (and all the staff who helped) that the reception was just fantastic. Everything was absolutely perfect, the room beautiful, food excellent, and the wait staff were beyond helpful and friendly. It turned out to be the perfect wedding thanks to all of you're efforts, we cannot thank you enough.
There were a couple of problems that were remedied as soon as possible. Again, we so appreciate everything. It was beyond any of our expectations and we loved every minute of it.
