OPEN FACED TENDERLOIN STEAK SANDWICH
Marinated tenderloin served on garlic herb toast and
finished with au jus. Served with French fries

DELI PLATE
Sliced Roast Beef, Ham & Turkey Breast with Wisconsin Cheese on
 Fresh Baked Bread. Served with Potato Chips and Pasta Salad

BREAD BOWL
Fresh homemade soup in a delicious bread bowl


LUNCHEON PLATE  ENTREES

Selections include: choice of vegetable and one side dish, tossed salad,
dinner rolls  and coffee, tea or milk


One quarter CHICKEN: Broasted or baked with herbs

CHICKEN KIEV: Boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed  with garlic, butter and parsley,
        rolled in seasoned breadcrumbs. Served with a light garlic cheese sauce


BROILED MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST: Boneless, skinless chicken breast
marinated in a tangy herb sauce


ASPARAGUS CHICKEN BREAST:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast,
topped with an Asparagus and Crab sauce.
 

BROILED BONELESS PORK CHOP: Seasoned with Caribbean spices and apple cider
 Served  with a smoked bacon sauce


PEPPER STEAK: Sautéed with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Served over rice or noodles


CHICKEN OR BEEF STIR FRY
: Served with baby corn, Water chestnuts,
broccoli, carrots and celery. Served over rice or noodles

Chopped romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, red onions, seasoned  croutons with Caesar dressing.
